Just click on the Return an Order link at the bottom of the page and enter your order number and email ID to view your details.

If you choose to exchange, our team will arrange a pickup and send you the replacement right away. 💕

Please note:

  • Discounted articles are not available for exchange.

  • Outfits without tags will not be accepted for exchange.

  • No refunds are available.

  • A small fee of ₹150 applies for a second exchange on the same order.

  • For any missing item(s), please share an unboxing video so we can resolve it quickly.

  • Discounts and offers cannot be applied on exchanged items.

Sale Policy

Sale orders are final — which means no returns or refunds.
But don’t worry, we’re sure your little one will love what you pick! 💖

Still unsure about the size or fit? No problem! You can request an exchange — we’ll arrange a pickup for a small fee of ₹100.
